LOYALTY CARD HOLDERS  –  TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTION

5% OFF ALL FOOD AND DRINKS – ALL DAY – EVERYDAY;

• On handing in your card, you will receive a 5% deduction on any bill/transaction. Whether for one item, or a full bill.
• The 5% discount applies to both food and drinks
• The discount applies to snacks and hot drinks also

RULES THAT APPLY TO ALL THE OFFERS

None of these promotions will work on the Jaks group app, customers must either order at the bar, or be served by staff at their table. Anyone ordering on the app, will not receive a refund. The company reserves the right to cease / pause / stop the promotion at any time without notice. The company has the right to suspend or cancel the promotion for anyone they feel has abused the promotion, or for any reason whatsoever. The company holds full rights to the promotion and can modify / change any rules with no notice, at any time. The company will hold the final decision on anything to do with any promotions. The promotions will only be available at Frank Matcham’s Cocktail and music bar, and no other venue within the jaks group of venues. For drinks promotions, should the staff, manager, or directors deem someone to have had too much to drink, they will not be served the alcohol. They will also not be refunded. For drink promotions with alcohol, all customers must be 18 years old or above to be served the drinks. No refunds will be given to anyone who cannot provide the correct and legal documentation for this.

20% OFF EVERYTHING WHEN YOU BOOK A TABLE FROM 9PM:

The promotion runs every day of the week, Monday to Sunday. This is for bookings only and will not apply to anyone coming in who has not booked, whether they are seated at a table or not. If a customer who has booked at 8pm, is still seated at their table at 9pm, the promotion will not be included. Although the promotion states ‘everything’ bottles of champagne on the wine menu are not included. Everything else whether drinks or food ARE included. Customers will receive a full 20% discount on their whole bill for all food and drink. The discount will be applied by the staff only at the point of the customer asking for the bill / paying. The 20% cannot be added at the start of the customers arriving, or at any point during the service, as the till can only apply 20% one time. and will always add the discount at the point of where the bill is running at (i.e. if the discount is applied, and then the customer decided to add extra items on afterwards, the 20% would not be added to the extra items). There is no cash alternative available. The promotion runs from 9pm onwards only, and not any time before this. If a customer has booked a table at 9pm, but ends up being seated early due to the table before leaving early, they will still receive the promotion as they had booked for the times indicated within the promotion.

TWO CLASSIC COCKTAILS FOR £13.00:

This promotion runs every day of the week, Monday to Sunday – from 5pm to 7pm only. The promotion times are dictated by the till system clock, if a person orders a drink before or after the time on the till has not begun / expired, the drink will be charged at full price. The promotion applies to selected cocktails only, THESE ARE ALL THE COCKTAILS LISTED IN THE ‘CLASSICS’ section of the cocktail menu, which are clearly marked. Any other cocktails on the menu are NOT included whatsoever and will be charged at full price. This promotion applies to all customers, whether they have booked a table or not. The promotion will deduct the difference of the price of the two cocktails added together and reduce the price for both to a total £13.00. Customers can buy more than two of the cocktails at a time, and the till system will reduce the price to £13.00 for two cocktails every time. If a customer is to buy the same items again within the promotion (double up the same order) the till will always apply the discount again no matter how many times they do this.

MONDAY’S – BUY ONE COCKTAIL GET THE OTHER HALF PRICE:

The promotion runs on Mondays only, and no other day of the week. The promotion runs from 7pm to 9pm only. The promotion times are dictated by the till system clock, if a person orders a drink before or after the time on the till has not begun / expired, the drink will be charged at full price. The promotion applies to ALL COCKTAILS on the cocktail menu for this promotion only. The till system will always favour the company before the customer – When ordering two cocktails, the till will deduct the cheapest cocktail by 50%, not the more expensive one. This promotion applies to all customers, whether they have booked a table or not. If a customer is to buy the same items again within the promotion (double up the same order) the till will always apply the discount again no matter how many times they do this. The promotion will ALWAYS favour the company and reduce the cheapest of the two cocktails ordered by 50%. Charging full price for the more expensive one.

TUESDAY PIZZETTE DEAL:

Promotion runs on Tuesday’s only. The promotion runs from 5pm to 9pm. The promotion times are dictated by the till system clock, if a person orders a drink before or after the time on the till has not begun / expired, the drink will be charged at full price. The promotion will only be applied by the till by a customer buying, any one pizzette’s from the pizzette section of the menu only, one portion of skinny fries, and one drink from the selected drinks. This only applies to skinny fries, and no other chips or fries from the ‘chips’ section of the menu. These will be charged at full price. This promotion applies to all customers, whether they have booked a table or not. The price will reduce to £15 on the till for the three items. Purchasing anything else apart from 1x pizzette, 1x skinny fries, 1x drink (from the mentioned), will not activate the promotion, and the customer will pay full price for ALL the items. If a customer is to buy the same items again within the promotion (double up the same order) the till will always apply the discount again no matter how many times they do this. Drinks included in the promotion are; Any pint of draught beer, cider, stout. Any bottled beer, cider, alcopop, Any soft drink, Any small (175ml) glass of wine, and must be a house wine on the menu. This is the choice of three whites, three reds, two rose options. No other wines apply, No large glass of wine applies from any wines on the menu. Any cocktail from the ‘classic cocktails’ section of the cocktail menu no other cocktails apply. No spirits apply to this promotion whatsoever.

WEDNESDAY WINE DEAL:

Promotion runs on Wednesday’s only. The promotion runs from 5pm to 9pm. The promotion times are dictated by the till system clock, if a person orders a drink before or after the time on the till has not begun / expired, the drink will be charged at full price. The promotion entitles the customer to a free bottle of house wine, when purchasing six items from the food menu. This promotion applies to all customers, whether they have booked a table or not. No cash equivalents. All items on the food menu apply to this promotion. The wine for free, will be one bottle of house wine for every 6 items purchased from any section of the food menu. House wine applies to three whites, three reds, and two rose options on the menu. No other alternative wine is available.

THURSDSAY THIRSTY DEAL:

Promotion runs on Thursday’s only. The promotion runs from 5pm to 9pm. The promotion times are dictated by the till system clock, if a person orders a drink before or after the time on the till has not begun / expired, the drink will be charged at full price. This promotion applies to all customers, whether they have booked a table or not. The customer must purchase two large glasses of the same wine and will receive the ‘rest of the bottle’ for free. For the purposes of this promotion, the customer must buy two large glasses (250ml marked on the menu) of the same wine and will receive the remaining 250ml of the bottle for free. The customer cannot buy one large glass of red, and one large glass of white (as an example) and receive the promotion, they must be two large glasses of the same wine. Not purchasing two large glasses of the same wine, will not activate the promotion on the till. The promotion is on house wine only, of which there are three whites, three reds, and two rose options to choose from. The promotion does NOT apply to any other wine whatsoever. The promotion does not apply to any other drinks whatsoever. No alternative options are available. No cash equivalent available. If a customer is to buy the same items again within the promotion (double up the same order) the till will always apply the discount again no matter how many times they do this

FOURTY FRIENDS FRIDAYS (4 PEOPLE FOR £40) DEAL:

Promotion runs on Friday’s only. The promotion runs from 5pm to 9pm. The promotion times are dictated by the till system clock, if a person orders a drink before or after the time on the till has not begun / expired, the drink will be charged at full price. This promotion applies to all customers, whether they have booked a table or not. The promotion will only be applied by the till by a customer buying, three pizzettes from the menu, one portion of skinny fries, and four drinks from the selected drinks. The price will reduce to £40 on the till for the eight items.Purchasing anything else that is not mentioned here, will not activate the promotion, and the customer will pay full price for ALL the items. Drinks included in the promotion are; Any pint of draught beer, cider, stout. Any bottled beer, cider, alcopop, Any soft drink, Any small (175ml) glass of wine and must be a house wine on the menu. This is the choice of three whites, three reds, two rose options. No other wines apply, No large glass of wine applies from any wines on the menu. Any cocktail from the ‘classic cocktails’ section of the cocktail menu no other cocktails apply. No spirits apply to this promotion whatsoever.
