From the people behind Jaks bar & smoke house, and the Barbary Coast Grill & Bar – our brand new venue and concept we are extremely excited to bring to the Isle of Man.
Named after the famous architect of the villa gaiety complex itself... Frank Matcham. The Interior design & all menus designing has been focused on the Villa Gaiety complex itself, located next to Frank matcham’s – the Islands main theatre hall.
Our Cocktail menu has Drama & theatre based cocktails, including spectacular dry ice. Our food menu (including concessions) is based on being fast to table, with small plates for sharing & ‘mixing it up’ with friends.
The islands first ‘app to table – smart ordering’ concept, means customers order themselves from the comfort of their seats for all food and drinks – and everything will be brought to you. But as always you can order at the bar if you prefer... but why queue? Relax, and enjoy watching the world go by in comfort... we will do the rest!
Frank Matcham’s locatation to the Gaiety theatre is the perfect accompaniment for ‘pre’ & ‘post’ drinks and food for theatre / concert lovers, and we look forward to adding yet another fantastic venue for you all... enjoy!
